Before you book

Should I choose window repair, installation or glazing?

Choose window repairs for sticking sashes, hardware or local frame defects, window installation for a complete replacement unit, and glazing for damaged panes. If unsure, describe the concern and we confirm the work after assessment.

Is a flyscreen repair the same as sliding-door repair?

No. Insect screen repairs address mesh, frames and screen hardware. A heavy glass panel, security screen or fire-rated door has different product and safety requirements. Tell us which panel catches, drags or will not latch.

Should I remove a screen or measure broken glass before making an enquiry?

No. Leave damaged glass and difficult openings undisturbed. Photos and measurements are optional. Tell us the location, storey level and visible problem; we check dimensions and safe access on site before confirming the repair or replacement quote.

Door Repairs or New Door Installation?

For a sound hinged door that rubs, drops or will not latch, choose door repairs for hinge, frame and hardware assessment. Choose new door installation when supplying and fitting a replacement. For a heavy patio glass panel that drags, choose sliding door repairs for rollers, tracks and alignment. Compatible parts and safe glass-panel handling are checked before the repair quote is agreed.
