Discuss glass replacement
Tell us the glass location and whether it is cracked, loose or broken. We assess the panel and frame before agreeing replacement. Height, panel size and the required glass type affect handling; do not remove damaged glass to prepare the enquiry.
A mirror mounting and a replacement window pane have different fitting requirements. Pet doors in glass are also available, with the panel and product checked for a suitable installation. Some projects require a purpose-made replacement pane instead of cutting the existing one.

Glass Glaziers service guide
A pane replacement may be suitable if the frame can safely accept the correct glass. A qualified glazier checks the frame, dimensions and safety glazing requirements. Keep people and pets away from damaged glass and do not handle it.
Selected mirror installations can be assessed against the mirror dimensions, weight and wall construction. The glass product, support and fixing method need confirming before installation. Concealed services and the condition of the wall also affect the scope.
Give the location, storey level and frame type if known. Photos from a safe position are optional; do not approach damaged glass to measure it. Qualified glazing assessment and suitable access controls are needed before the work is confirmed.
Do not handle cracked, unsupported or shattered glass; isolate the area from people and pets. Safety glazing and elevated work require suitably qualified glaziers and access controls.
