Pest Control: Identification Before Treatment
Pest control begins with identification of the activity and affected areas. Tell us where and when you see signs, earlier treatments and any household access concerns. Existing safe photos are optional; leave unknown pests, nests and droppings undisturbed. We confirm whether the identified pest and treatment are within the service scope before booking treatment.
We record the treatment areas, preparation, occupant and pet precautions, and any included follow-up in the agreed plan. After assessing the pest and property, we explain the treatment method, timing and personnel, including our own appropriately licensed employees for regulated work.
Does treatment include all later visits?
Only agreed follow-up is included. Confirm monitoring, return visits and exclusions in the written quote. A building condition inspection and any cleaning have separate purposes and scopes.
