Ordinary dust and cleaning tasks differ from hazardous residues or specialist material removal. Declare the site condition before booking. Outdoor pressure cleaning is also available through our handyman service, with the surface and runoff assessed separately.
Property size, condition, included tasks, access and any separately agreed specialist work affect the cleaning quote.
Cleaners service guide
Provide the property size, room count and requested checklist, including priority kitchen and bathroom tasks. Surface materials, current condition and access help define the agreed clean.
These hazards need specialist assessment and handling. Disclose suspected asbestos dust, sharps, mould or chemical spills before a post-project clean; a general cleaning scope does not cover uncontrolled hazards.
Biohazards, sharps, mould, asbestos dust and uncontrolled chemical spills are specialist hazards and should be disclosed rather than treated as routine cleaning.
