New Carpet service guide
We measure rooms, stairs and transitions and assess the existing floor. Your preferred fibre, pile and room use help define the specification. Underlay, joins, preparation and any removal or disposal requirements are confirmed in the installation scope.
Mention the door clearance and the proposed carpet and underlay. We check floor height and doorway transitions during the site measure. Adjusting a rubbing internal door is a separate task to agree alongside carpet installation.
The moisture source and damaged substrate need assessment before installation. Covering an unresolved floor problem can affect the new carpet and underlay. Tell us about leak history or suspect older materials before removal work is planned.
