We confirm exactly what is to be removed and what must remain. Access, occupied areas and existing services affect the plan. A kitchen strip-out and demolition of a structure are different scopes, with different preparation and safety requirements.
Older unknown materials and structural components need assessment before disturbance. We identify disconnection, removal and waste arrangements, plus any making good. New construction after demolition is separately agreed rather than implied by the removal quote.

A controlled strip-out can be scoped around specific elements to remove and retain. The work zone, structural role of those elements and material condition need assessment first.
Suspect asbestos, unknown services and load-bearing elements are checked before disturbance. We plan structural demolition, engineering documents, permits and service disconnections as part of the agreed work.
